Every week throughout the year we offer fitness sessions, from Beach & Snow hikes, to Cycling & Stair Climbing as well as Yoga & Pilates. During the cooler months we also offer weekend Hiking and Mountain Biking. For regular attendees why not join our soulFIT annual membership.
